Doing our part to Empower Women

Are you an immigrant or refugee woman, girl, or gender-diverse person in the Kamloops region? We offer one-to-one appointments and free programs that can support you with counselling, goal-planning, connecting to legal services, and much more.

Do you need to connect with other women? Do you want to improve your wellness? Do you need help navigating the legal system or finding information? Or are you in a difficult situation at home or work that requires crisis intervention?

Our services are low-barrier, culturally relevant, and trauma-informed. We are LGBTQ2S+ friendly.

Whatever you need, we are here to help. Explore our website or contact Darcy or Erin for more information.

Group Support

Learn, share and grow with other women. We have several opportunities for you to connect with others, including:

Women’s Tea & Talk

All services are free, at no cost to you.

Feel supported every step of the way. Contact us today to find out more about group support opportunities.

One-On-One Support

Our Women’s Empowerment Program offers personalized one-on-one support for immigrant and newcomer women in Kamloops and surrounding areas. We can assist with:
  • Emotional support and active listening
  • Referrals to community services
  • Information about rights, safety, and well-being
  • Goal setting and empowerment planning
  • Support for women impacted by gender-based violence
Connect with us to book a one-on-one session and learn how we can support you on your journey.
