Wellbeing Navigation

The case manager prioritizes physical, psychological, and emotional safety to help individuals regain control and empowerment. We offer both group and one-on-one information sessions.

Kultural na Kamalayan

The program collaborates with service providers, to enhance access to culturally sensitive services for newcomers. It also advocates for systemic issues that create barriers to getting established in a new country. Our primary goal is to establish culturally safe and competent services for newcomer families through advocacy and partnerships.

Through collaboration with other service providers and accessing community resources, the case manager ensures that tailored assistance is provided to meet the unique needs of newcomers and immigrants, thus enhancing their capacity towards greater adjustment to their new community and becoming independent.
