The En Route program is for newcomers and families who need some extra help. We
provide personalized case management support to immigrants facing multiple
challenges in adjusting to life in Canada. Your challenges might include:

 

  • financial pressure
  • medical and/or mental
  • health concerns
  • legal problems
  • housing related difficulties
  • relationship or family breakdown
  • language barriers
  • social isolation
  • other issues that make your adjustment to life in Canada very difficult
